The Center of Excellence in Academic Teaching (ExAcT) is accomplished within the project “RWTH 2020 – Improving teaching quality together”. The basic mission of ExAcT Research is the exploration of hands on and student-centered teaching in media and topic-related didactical questions in respect to different subject cultures. The Centre acts as central and individual contact for questions from teachers as well as intermediary to develop and apply differentiated teaching methods and exams types. Also, the (scientific) services and further training activities of the RWTH Aachen University will be clustered through the construction and extension of virtual networks.
